The xoloksgp VIP Program is designed to reward loyal players. From Bronze all the way to Diamond, each level up unlocks increasingly valuable benefits — higher cashback, larger transaction limits, and personalised treatment unavailable anywhere else.
Every deposit and gaming activity you make accumulates points that move you up to higher levels. The higher the level, the greater the benefits you earn.
Receive automatic cashback every week based on your total wagering amount — the higher your VIP tier, the greater the cashback percentage credited to your account.
VIP Gold members and above enjoy priority withdrawals. No waiting in long queues — your withdrawal requests are processed ahead of regular users.
Gold members and above get a dedicated VIP account manager — someone who knows you personally and is ready to assist with any gaming or transaction needs.
Every VIP level up automatically increases your deposit and withdrawal limits. Diamond members are not subject to any daily limits — full flexibility in managing your balance.
Exclusive bonus offers unavailable to regular members — including a personal birthday bonus, level-up bonuses, and special gifts during Malaysia's public holidays.
Platinum and Diamond members gain access to exclusive high-limit live casino tables not open to the public — a more private setting with dedicated dealers.

Many online platforms have VIP programs, but most are just different names for nearly identical benefits. The xoloksgp VIP Program is different because it was built with a genuine understanding of what truly matters to serious Malaysian players.
One question players often ask about VIP programs is how cashback is calculated. At xoloksgp, the cashback calculation uses a straightforward and transparent method — a fixed percentage based on your level, applied to your total net weekly wagering. No hidden formulas, no burdensome rollover requirements for VIP cashback.
Cashback is automatically credited every Monday to your account balance. No manual claiming or contacting customer support needed — everything happens without you having to do a thing. This is our way of respecting your time.
Once you reach Gold tier or above at xoloksgp, you'll be assigned a personal VIP account manager. This isn't your typical customer support reading from a script — this is someone who understands your habits and preferences as a player, and can assist you in a more personal and proactive way.
Your VIP manager is reachable directly through a dedicated communication channel provided once you reach Gold level. They can assist with transaction enquiries, resolve account issues with priority, keep you informed about exclusive promotions tailored to your gaming habits, and much more.
One of the most unique benefits offered by the xoloksgp VIP Program is access to exclusive game tables for Platinum and Diamond members. These tables do not appear in the regular game lobby — they are only accessible once you reach the qualifying level.
What sets these VIP tables apart? First, significantly higher betting limits for players who want bigger action. Second, a limited number of seats per table, creating a calmer and more intimate atmosphere. Third, dedicated dealers trained to serve VIP players to a higher standard of service.
Xoloksgp believes a VIP program should reward loyal players without encouraging unhealthy gambling habits. That's why all responsible gaming tools — including self-imposed deposit limits, loss limits, and account pause options — remain fully accessible to all VIP members without any restrictions.
In fact, Platinum and Diamond VIP members get access to private review sessions with their account manager to openly discuss their gaming habits whenever they feel it's needed. This is part of xoloksgp's commitment to Responsible Gaming — we want our players to stay with us because they genuinely enjoy the experience, not out of obligation or being carried away.
All VIP benefits and their associated terms are clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions xoloksgp. We do not hide any important information that could affect your decisions as a player.
